We had a gorgeous day in Ajaccio, Corsica. The beaches were beautiful and the town very quaint and pleasant. I started off the day visiting a gorgeous french market with artisan nougat, cheese, olives, sweets, breads, liquors, oils etc.
The town is well-known for being the birth-place of Napoleon Bonaparte.
